General Information

Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy is open four days a week and we are a volunteer driven organization, so please be patient as we fill your medications. Most prescriptions will be available for pick up within two business days. This means that if you drop off a prescription on Thursday at 6pm, our pharmacy will not begin processing it until Monday morning. Your medication will be ready for pick up by 2pm Wednesday.  PLEASE ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DROPPING OFF A PRESCRIPTION BEFORE CHECKING TO SEE IF IT IS READY.  To ensure that you do not run out of your medication, please order your refill 7 days before you take your last dose.

Make sure your doctor approves the use of generic medication. If there is not a generic alternative, we might be able to get it through our Patient Assistance Program. Please make sure you have all your paperwork ready before you get to the pharmacy to limit your wait time.
